Cross Camp 2025 – Student Registration

Dates:June 29th- July 4th
Location: Cross Camp is at South Arkansas College in El Dorado this year. 
Spots Available: Limited (registration closes April 2, after that there is a late fee if spots are avalable.)

Cost: $375 before fundraisers

Students who have completed 7th-12th Grade

Payment Schedule

  • $187.50 due by April 2 to reserve your spot

  • Remaining $187.50 due by June 4th

  • Registration is not complete until the April 2 payment is received.

Deadlines

  • April 2: Registration closes & first payment due

  • April 3: Church finalizes spots with camp

  • June 5th: Remaining $187.50 due

  • Late registrations (if space is available) will be $405

Financial Assistance

  • We want every student to be able to attend Cross Camp.

  • Limited scholarships may be available.

  • Please contact Clay if assistance is needed.

  • We will have multiple fundraisers to offset the cost as well.
